Leveling up is acheived by gaining the full xp required for each level in Mall world. Experiance can be gained by buying items from the catalouge, playing mini games, and other things.
The higher the player's level is, the more Regular Fashion Collections,the player can access, because each Regular Collection genrally has a minimum level requirement to become unlocked.
